We started the session yesterday by visiting the castle and finding spots that we thought might be good for the catwalk/fashion event. We decided that we didn't want to put on a traditional catwalk event but more like a performance/promanade. Alison from WEYA had told us about the event "Babel" by WILDWORK. It's a piece of community theatre in Battersea park, the audience wanders around and encounters various groups of performers. We liked this idea and thought the event might work well if it encorporated clusters of models/performers around Nottingham Castle and a part of the day when the performers came together into a kind of promanade show.
