Today was about turning our Illumpitopia manifesto into a screen printed poster.
Here is the process we went through....
First we played with designs for our text and ways to express the ideas visually.
We then created paper stencils of our designs
Once made we were ready to screen print, I'd made some fairly dodgy screens out of some picture frames and curtain netting, we used acrylic paint to print with and old plastic cards as squeegys.
Here are our final posters drying on the "invent and Build" washing line.
