Researching Leonardo : Maths games

For the last month we have been finding out more about Leonardo da Vinci, his life and work in preparation for creating an interactive learning space inspired by him and by ten of his drawings that will be showing at Nottingham Castle Museums and Gallery this summer.

First up was a session of Maths games, lead by Illuminate member Callum Mulligan.
He bought to the group an outreach maths kit he had developed as part of a summer project with NTU.

We got to try and solve various puzzles including play an extra complicated game on noughts and crosses and use wooden shapes to create a T.
